Today’s Berryessa groundbreaking represents more than just a new development, it reflects our shared commitment to expanding access to safe, stable, and affordable housing in San José.
This project will deliver a mix of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes, serving residents across a range of affordability levels, from 30 to 60% of Area Median Income. That means real housing opportunities for individuals and families in our City.
Thank you to all the partners on this project, especially Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, the County Office of Supportive Housing, Destination: Home, Santa Clara County Housing Authority, and Affirmed Housing.
