'One of the most lethal forms of violence': 3 severe San Jose domestic violence cases spark alarm 06/18/2026

Thank you to KTVU Fox 2 for helping elevate an important conversation and for speaking with our CEO, Adriana Caldera Boroffice, about the recent rise in severe domestic violence cases impacting our community.

At Your YWCA, we know one of the most dangerous times for someone experiencing violence can be when they are leaving or preparing to leave a relationship. Survivors should never have to navigate these moments alone.

Knowing where to turn matters. If you or someone you know is currently experiencing violence, or feels ready to begin the healing process, YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley offers confidential, trauma-informed support through our 24/7 Crisis Support Line.
