On Saturday, June 20 we have the popular Soapstone Carving workshops for youth ages 7 - 17. This is a unique opportunity for kids to learn about stone and to carve their own soapstone animal figurine. Two sessions available at 10AM & 1PM. Sign-up is required as space is limited.

The Garden is a welcoming place for all to tour…

Thank you, Kubota Garden, for another wonderful tour of one of Seattle’s hidden gems. 💎 Learning about Mr. Kubota and the creation and preservation of this land was inspirational and reminded us all on the importance of protecting natural spaces. Check out Kubota Gardens this summer!

Whether you’re looking to fill a bare patch of ground underneath trees or add greenery to the north side of your house, shade-loving perennials are ideal for outdoor areas that get little to no direct sunlight. Here are some of our favorite shade dwellers that you can find at our Spring Plant Sale on Saturday, May 2, 9AM - 1PM.

All proceeds benefit Kubota Garden Foundation.

The Pantone Color of the Year for 2026 is Cloud Dancer (PANTONE 11-4201), a soft, dreamy white designed to bring serenity, balance, and a fresh start to design. It symbolizes a quiet pause in a frenetic society, encouraging a return to simplicity and minimalist comfort.

SO why not add white flowers and foliage in your garden?!?! Find something new at our Spring Plant Sale, Saturday from 9AM-1PM!
