Seattle is hosting its first World Cup match in two days, and it is going to be HOT!
Remember to stay hydrated, avoid being in direct sunlight during the hottest parts of the day, wear lightweight and breathable clothing, and watch yourself, your loved ones, and your pets for signs of heat exhaustion such as dizziness, excessive sweating, headaches, fatigue, and nausea.
