Thank you, Kubota Garden, for another wonderful tour of one of Seattle’s hidden gems. 💎 Learning about Mr. Kubota and the creation and preservation of this land was inspirational and reminded us all on the importance of protecting natural spaces. Check out Kubota Gardens this summer!

We were lucky to have a special guest at soccer on Thursday night. Kyle showed up and led some drills! It was great for us all to see him, catch up, and practice some passing drills.

Memorial Day Hours Reminder 🇺🇸
Many Seattle Parks and Recreation facilities will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. Many indoor facilities will be closed, while parks, sprayparks, golf courses, outdoor pools, and select swim beaches will remain open.

Looking for a fun, inclusive way to connect with others while exploring accessible gaming? PROVAIL’s Accessible Gaming Group offers a supportive environment for individuals ages 14+ with a developmental disability, where participants can discover new gaming options, build social connections, and enjoy shared experiences together. https://bit.ly/PROVAILGamingGroup
Led by PROVAIL’s Assistive Technology Specialists in our Assistive Technology Lab, participants will:
• Explore accessible gaming tools and technology
• Connect with peers in a welcoming group setting
• Discover ways to make gaming enjoyable for everyone
• Build confidence and social engagement through play
Program Details:
• Weekly sessions in 6–8 week cohorts
• Tuesdays from 3:30 PM–5:00 PM
• Held in person at PROVAIL’s A.T. Lab
Eligibility Requirements:
• At least 14 years old
• Have a developmental disability
• Able to attend weekly Tuesday sessions from 3:30 PM–5:00 PM
• Able to attend in person
