So much fun to see this group of intrepid kayakers! It turned out to be a little spicier out there than we expected, but everybody’s dressed in dry suits! Many thanks to the North Sound Sea Kayaking Association ( ) for leading the paddle! Holding down the fort for the picnic and Salmon barbecue. Surprise visit from Susan Marie Conrad who dropped some Exped gear!

Many thanks to Mike Thompson, and the port of Brownsville staff, we took down the old kiosk, which had gotten quite cluttered, and put up a new kiosk!

Gave Manchester State Park a freshening up with new signage and stickers! So nice to see all the original signage at the beach; a place to lead paddlers to the Cascadia Marine Trail site.
It’s handy keeping a little sign cleaning kit in the car 🙂
How about Seal Rock?
Has anyone ever paddled into Scenic Beach State Park?
