We are hosting Chess for Beginners classes on certain Tuesdays and Wednesdays of June and July @ 1 PM. Each class is a new session on the beginning steps of chess.

In celebration of Juneteenth, the library will close early, Thursday, June 18th, at 5pm, and will remain closed Friday, June 19th - Sunday, June 21st.
We will reopen Monday, June 22nd at 10am.
All of our digital media and databases are available 24/7.

Our neighbors at the Pearl have just unveiled their newest art installation: CHROMATICA: a world in color!
As part of our partnership, the library is sponsoring an art scavenger hunt.
Get a list from the front desk at the museum, take picture of the things you find, then come to the Children's desk at the library for a prize!
