Sometimes the most meaningful feedback comes when you're not looking for it.
We are so grateful for the trust that our partners place in us and humbled to be a part of their mission.
In a world that celebrates credentials, titles, and certainty, it's the human connection, growth, and courage to take action that matter most.
โค๏ธ Thank you for allowing us to do work that we genuinely love.

What if your biggest retention problem isn't compensation, benefits, or hiring?
What if it's leadership?
One of the most expensive mistakes organizations make is creating teams that depend on leaders instead of developing leaders who create ownership.
The organizations that keep their best people aren't just investing in talent acquisition, they're investing in leadership development.
Donโt miss checking out this powerful and insightful article from my mentor, Andy Hall, and a reminder that leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking the questions that help others discover their own answers and action plan.
Worth the read. ๐
I'm pleased to share that my latest leadership article has been published by CEO Times.
Stop Losing Your Best People: Why Leadership Is the Real Retention Strategy explores a challenge many organizations continue to face: retaining talented people in an increasingly competitive environment.
While many companies focus on compensation, perks, and benefits, the real driver of retention is often much closer to home.....leadership.
The way leaders communicate, develop, support, and empower their people has a direct impact on whether top performers stay, disengage, or leave.
Thank you to CEO Times for the opportunity to contribute to this important conversation.
After reading the article, I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts:

Do people leave organizations, or do they leave leadership?

Character isnโt tested when everyone is watching.
Itโs revealed in the choices we make when no recognition, reward, or applause is guaranteed.
As leaders, business owners, and professionals, our reputation is built one decision at a time.
Today, may we choose integrity over convenience, service over self-interest, and principles over shortcuts.
Because in the end, trust is earned long before itโs recognized.

What if the greatest competitive advantage in business isn't strategy...
What if it's trust?
Incredibly grateful that Step Up & Thrive LLC was selected as one of four finalists for the BBB Torch Award for Ethics.
This recognition means a lot because it celebrates something we strive to live every day: doing business the right way, even when nobody is looking.
Thank you to Warren Clark, President & CEO of BBB Upstate New York, and Rebekah E. Dopp, Global CEO of BBB, for continuing to shine a light on businesses committed to integrity, character, and trust.
I also enjoyed meeting the team from Blackhawk Security & Investigations, another outstanding finalist dedicated to protecting and serving their clients with excellence.
The event was a powerful reminder that success built on trust lasts longer than success built on transactions.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted us, supported us, referred us, partnered with us, and allowed us to serve.
This recognition belongs to all of us. โค๏ธ

People may forget your title.
They may even forget your advice.
But theyโll remember how your words made them feel about themselves.
โจ A simple compliment.
โจ A sincere thank you.
โจ A moment of genuine recognition.
These moments cost nothingโฆ
Yet they can change confidence, motivation, and culture in powerful ways.
