Chad Ryan for Syracuse Common Council 2nd District. My name is Chad Ryan and I hope to be your next 2nd District Common Councilor.

I am a lifelong resident of Tipperary Hill in Syracuse, New York and a graduate of Thomas J. Corcoran High School and SUNY Canton. At age 27, I am a third generation funeral director at the Edward J.
