Hannah will be giving a workshop that explores how engaging in creative activities can help caregivers support their well-being to manage stress, prevent burnout, and build resiliency. "Arts & Minds: A Showcase for Creative Aging" is now up at the Salina Free Library! The artwork will be there through May 29th. Check out the amazing work by elder artists in SJFS's arts-in-aging programs. This exhibit features all new artwork created over the past year. Thank you to the library for hosting this exhibit!
