While postpartum mental health is often discussed in relation to mothers, fathers and partners can also experience stress, anxiety, sadness, irritability, exhaustion, and other emotional challenges after a baby is born.

To all fathers and partners: your mental health matters, too.

💙 You don't have to navigate this transition alone.

Postpartum mental health affects the whole family, and seeking help is a sign of strength- not weakness.

🐦 See a Dead Bird? Help Protect Public Health.

Dead birds can serve as an early warning sign of mosquito-borne diseases such as West Nile Virus (WNV) and Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE). Testing these birds helps us identify virus activity in our community before it impacts people or pets.

How you can help:

🧤 If instructed, safely collect the bird using gloves or bags and keep it cool (do not freeze).
