University of South Florida College of Engineering - 31,000+ degrees conferred since 1964.

Founded in 1964, the College comprises seven departments - Chemical, Biological & Materials Engineering, Civil & Environmental Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial & Management Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Medical Engineering. We offer degrees in 11 bachelors programs, 13 masters programs, and 8 doctoral programs.

Summer camps are officially underway at USF Engineering! ☀️🤘

This week, students explored engineering through our Robotics and Anatomy of a Roller Coaster camps, gaining hands-on experience while having fun. We can’t wait to visit our Biomedical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering camps later this summer!

Hundreds of future engineers officially took the Oath of the Engineer last Friday and received the rings that represent years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

Such a special milestone and an even better way to celebrate the Class of 2026. We’re proud of all of our inductees and outstanding student award recipients. The future of engineering is bright.🤘💚

This weekend marked two unforgettable milestones, the Induction into the Profession Ceremony on Friday, where you took the oath as future engineers, and commencement on Sunday, where years of hard work, sacrifice, late nights, and determination officially led to this moment.

Watching you walk across those stages was more than a celebration of degrees earned. It was the beginning of the impact you’ll make on the world around you.
