‼️‼️Important Fee Disclosure & Client Agreement – Please Read Carefully‼️‼️

To ensure complete transparency and avoid any confusion regarding fees, all clients are being provided with the following information before their return is filed.

If you choose to have your tax preparation fees deducted from your refund rather than paying upfront, additional bank and software fees will apply. Based on the current fee schedule, those fees total $94.95, which consists of:

• Software Technology Fee: $18.00
• Software Transmission Fee: $12.00
• TPG Bank Fee: $44.95
• Service Bureau Fee: $20.00

Total Bank & Software Fees: $94.95

These fees are separate from and in addition to my tax preparation fee.

If you prefer not to pay the additional bank and software fees, you may pay my preparation fee upfront prior to filing.

Please note that when fees are deducted from your refund, the $94.95 bank/software fee will be deducted from the first refund deposit received, whether that deposit is your state refund or federal refund. These fees are not automatically deducted from the larger refund amount.

To eliminate misunderstandings and protect both the client and GH Tax Service LLC, all clients will be required to sign a legally binding service agreement each tax year before services are provided. This agreement will outline fees, payment methods, refund-based deductions, client responsibilities, communication policies, turnaround times, and other terms and conditions of service. No exceptions will be made.

By proceeding with tax preparation services, you acknowledge and understand that:

✔ My tax preparation fee is separate from all bank and software fees.
✔ Bank and software fees total $94.95 when choosing refund-based payment options.
✔ These fees will be deducted from the first refund deposit received.
✔ Refund timing and deposit order are determined by the IRS, state taxing authorities, and the banking partner, not by GH Tax Service LLC.
✔ A signed service agreement is required each tax season before work can begin.

My goal is to provide professional, transparent service while ensuring that every client fully understands the fees and terms associated with their tax return.

Hey, just a heads up for next tax season

I’m tightening up how I handle things and sticking strictly to standard filings with proper documentation only. I won’t be using handwritten expense lists, rough “about” numbers, or anything based on guesswork. Also, please make sure your tax withholdings are accurate throughout the year.
