Make sure to stop by the Space to Create and meet W.H.O.O., a striking 10-foot-tall steel owl sculpture created by Denver artists Mitch Hoffman, Katy McClure, and Beck Hargrove of Model Metal.

Crafted from scrap metal, industrial upcycled parts, and poetry, W.H.O.O. is more than a sculpture—it's a powerful reflection on loss, healing, our changing environment, and the wisdom of owls. Originally created as the Temple for the 2025 Apogaea event, the installation invites visitors to pause, reflect, and connect.
