UPCOMING ROAD CONSTRUCTION:

Shoulder work will be underway Tuesday June 16th on Watson Rd. This will be between 7AM and 3PM or sooner if work is completed earlier.

Expect short delays during construction and one lane restrictions on Watson Rd. Flaggers will be onsite to provide direction through the work zones at all times. Watch for signs and please slow down in work zones for the safety of our workers.

UPCOMING ROAD CONSTRUCTION PINK HOME AND OLD ALEXANDRIA RD:

Asphalt paving will be underway the week of June 22-25 on Pink Home Rd and Old Alexandria Rd. Work will be completed between 6AM and 5PM each day.

Expect short delays during construction and one lane restrictions on area roadways. Flaggers will be onsite to provide direction through the work zones at all times.

Please slow down in work zones for the safety of our workers.

Plan accordingly and use alternative routes when possible to avoid traffic delays and construction.

Asphalt construction will begin the week of June 15th-17th. Brake Rd, Pink Home Rd, Old Alexandria Rd, and Blue Goose Rd will have crews working on milling areas to prepare for asphalt overlays soon.

Summer hours from April 1st to October 31st, approximately, are 6am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday.

Winter hours are November 1st to March 31st 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday

Road Construction: Asphalt patching and overlay on Prairie Rd was completed on Thursday June 4th. Lincoln County Highway Department worked with Hawk Point on this project to improve area infrastructure. City officials were extremely helpful and easy to work with in coordination on this project.

Special thanks to Lincoln County Highway Department employees and contractors by working late Thursday to complete this project. Our employees consistently go above and beyond.

The public is invited to learn about the future interchange project on U.S. Route 61 in Lincoln County, located at the Routes B and E intersection near Auburn. Join us for an exclusive an informational meeting on Wednesday, June 17, from 4-6 p.m. in the Community Room at the Cuivre River Electric Cooperative, located at 1112 E. Cherry St. in Troy.
The meeting is open-house style, with no formal presentation. Attendees can join in anytime between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. A public comment period will be available beginning on June 17, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
