🚑 EMSA proudly recognizes eight team members who completed a week-long training at the National Honor Guard Academy last week.
Throughout the intensive program, they trained in ceremonial protocols, flag etiquette, casket watch, facing movements, rifle handling, and team coordination—developing the precision, discipline, and composure required to represent EMSA during honors, memorials, and line-of-duty ceremonies.
This specialized training prepares honor guard members to serve with professionalism and compassion during some of the most meaningful—and most difficult—moments in public safety.
Congratulations to Michael, Ethan, Josef, Seth, Cody, Colton, Skylar, and Brad on this outstanding achievement—we’re proud of your commitment to honoring our profession and those we serve.

🚑 EMSA was honored to participate in the Tunnel to Towers Foundation’s “Steel Across America” tour in Oklahoma City—a nationwide initiative that carries a steel beam from the World Trade Center to communities across the country as a symbol of remembrance, service, and unity.
This powerful program honors the lives lost on 9/11 and recognizes the ongoing sacrifice of first responders, military members, and their families. Reflecting on resilience, sacrifice, and the promise to never forget, we were proud to stand alongside our partners as this piece of history was shared with the community.
