Honored to host our Service Academy Appointee Reception, recognizing 10 outstanding students who earned appointments to our nation's service academies' Class of 2030.
Each of these students represents hard work, resilience, & a heart for service. I'm proud to send them on to our country's finest institutions, & I have no doubt they'll go on to serve with courage & honor.
Today marks 1,000 days that Armenian POWs & civilian hostages have remained in Azerbaijani custody, suffering prolonged imprisonment, reports of torture, & blatant human rights abuses.
They should be reunited with their loved ones. I urge Azerbaijan to release them now.
America’s strength has rested on the shoulders of our veterans & the sacrifices they have made.
The Veterans Monument in Rancho Santa Margarita is a profound reminder that freedom is never free. We can never fully repay the debt we owe our veterans, but we must always honor it.
Ghost students scammed Americans out of MILLIONS while Biden sat on his hands for 4 years.

CA's homelessness crisis didn't happen overnight.
After years of promises & billions spent, Gavin Newsom's CA still has the highest homeless population in the nation, with 64% living unsheltered.

CA community colleges are being robbed blind by scammers using fake identities to steal financial aid.
The No Aid for Ghost Students Act passed the House last week to return education dollars to our students, yet last week 172 Washington Democrats OPPOSED IT.
You can't make this stuff up!
