NCDA After Hours: On Wednesday night, conference goers attended Shorty’s Pins x Pints in Pittsburgh to network with peers from across the country while trying their hands at bowling, pinball, shuffleboard, and other games. Join us at our next conference to participate in these events.

NCDA’s 57th Annual Conference in Pittsburgh is bringing together 340 community development professionals from across the country to share their knowledge and learn more about development at the local level. This Conference offers over 25 sessions and networking events during which attendees will grow their skills and understanding of HUD’s CPD programs.

It's Homeownership Month. The CDBG program supports homeownership opportunities by helping clear sites and install infrastructure needed for the development of new single-family housing.

The CDBG and HOME programs also support housing counseling services that help low- and moderate-income households prepare for homeownership by understanding mortgages, managing budgets, and maintaining their homes over time.
