As Pride Month continues, Capital Pride’s Women’s Symposium will bring together LGBTQIA+ women and allies for a day of inspiring conversations, networking, and celebration.
After the symposium, there will be a celebratory rooftop day party highlighting the strength, resilience, and leadership of LGBTQIA+ women across our city and beyond.

DC Community Leaders and our amazing LGBTQIA+ community joined Mayor Bowser to kick off Pride Month with the annual LGBTQIA+ Flag Raising Ceremony at the John A. Wilson Building. Now in its fourth year, this tradition reaffirms DC’s commitment to equality, visibility, and opportunity for LGBTQIA+ residents.
