In the waning days of the Court’s term, we expect to see many 6-3 decisions. Today was no exception, with 4 out of 5 falling along ideological lines.
In the opinions released today, that meant 6 votes against accountability for human rights violations, foreign and domestic.
6 votes against everyday people but on the side of corporate entities. And 6 votes against religious minorities who are simply seeking to vindicate their right to Free Exercise.
