We are grateful to continue to lift up the importance of youth defense specialization and roll out our Defending Futures: Youth Defense for ALL coalition to support the creation of a statewide youth defense system in Kansas!

The Juvenile Probation Accountability Coalition (JPAC) is working to move from punishment to possibility for all youth by challenging narratives of probation’s benevolence, strengthening youth rights, and centering community-based safety and healing.
