Through DC SUN Bucks, families can receive $120 in extra grocery benefits per eligible student during the summer.
Visit sunbucks.dc.gov (link in IG bio) and use our Enrollment Checker to see if your child is automatically enrolled for 2026 benefits or if you need to apply.

DC SUN Bucks is back!
Families can receive $120 in extra grocery benefits per eligible student during the summer, when kids arenât getting the meals they usually eat at school. DC SUN Bucks is designed to help families who could use support buying food.
Most eligible students are automatically enrolled through other programs they already participate inâbut some will need to apply.
DCâs new enrollment checker makes it easy to find out if your student is enrolled for 2026 benefits or needs to apply.
