Our team recently met with area businesses to provide compliance assistance and information about the PAID program. Proactive outreach and compliance assistance helps ensure employees understand their rights and employers have the tools they need to stay compliant.

The Sacramento office recently conducted an outreach training for Absolute HR Consulting & Services to help employers understand and comply with the Davis-Bacon Act. The full-day session, led by the Wage and Hour Division, provided practical guidance on certified payroll requirements, fringe benefits, and the investigation process for contracting agencies.
