The Sacramento office recently conducted an outreach training for Absolute HR Consulting & Services to help employers understand and comply with the Davis-Bacon Act. The full-day session, led by the Wage and Hour Division, provided practical guidance on certified payroll requirements, fringe benefits, and the investigation process for contracting agencies.
