On Friday, June 5, 2026, Howard University Middle School of Mathematics & Science proudly hosted our 19th Promotion Ceremony, celebrating the achievements of our 8th-grade scholars. It was a morning filled with joy, pride, and love as we honored our students and recognized this important milestone as they prepared to embark on their next journey—the transition to ninth grade.
We celebrate each scholar for their hard work, perseverance, and accomplishments. It has been a true privilege to be a part of their educational journey, and we are grateful for the opportunity to witness their growth and success. We are confident that they will continue to move forward in excellence, choosing the extraordinary in all that they do in the years ahead.
