NCTO sincerely thanks House Textile Caucus Co-Chairs Rep. David Rouzer (R-NC) and Rep. Adriano Espaillat (D-NY) for leading a bipartisan effort for stronger customs enforcement to combat rampant textile fraud, illegal transshipment & tariff evasion.
Their letter to DHS underscores an urgent reality: U.S. trade laws are only as effective as their enforcement. We applaud them for demanding a comprehensive enforcement strategy to ensure a level playing field for U.S. manufacturers.
