The Zambia Federation of Associations of Women in Business (ZFAWIB), in partnership with Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme (ZCGS), conducted a roadshow across Livingstone, Choma, and Mazabuka from 18th May 2026 to 21st May 2026 aimed at promoting financial literacy and financial inclusion among women-led businesses and underserved communities in Southern Province.

The engagements were led by ZFAWIB Chief Executive Officer, Ms Maureen Sumbwe and team, alongside ZCGS Principal Business Development and Strategy Officer, Tabitha M. Muyoba, through presentations, stakeholder engagements, and radio interviews held in all three towns.

The initiative provided an important platform to raise awareness on entrepreneurship, access to finance, and the support available to SMEs through institutions such as ZFAWIB and ZCGS.

On this special day we honor our mothers, the hard working, miracle workers. We salute you. Happy mothers day.

The Zambia Credjt Guarantee scheme participated in a panel discussion in Financing alternatives for the Agriculture sector . During this session, Head Business Development and Strategy, Chisenga Lufungulo highlighted on the initiatives that the scheme was implementing within the SAFF program and also encouraged farmers to pay their loans
