Tax Appeals Tribunal

The Tax Appeals Tribunal is an independent and specialized 'informal court' created by an Act of Parliament to hear grievances relating to tax matters.

The Revenue Appeals Tribunal is quasi-government institution whose job is to consider objectively and impartially the facts of each case brought before it, to apply the law to those facts and to decide whether the original decision was right or wrong. The decisions are those made by the Zambia Revenue Authority.
